This October marks 100 years since the establishment of Lenswood and to celebrate the milestone the town will host a community picnic for all to enjoy.

An app developed by Hills resident Trent Bowden and business partner and friend Scott Belcher is expected to keep the community safer this bushfire season.
Using data from sentinel satellites, ‘Wildfire’ allows members of the community to see potential threats on an interactive map thanks to thermal signatures that show the location and intensity of a bushfire.

Langhorne Creek’s Small World Bakery deliver fresh sourdough loaves straight to their customers’ doors.
Owners Emily Salkeld and Chris Duffy bake bread the way it would have been baked hundreds of years ago – using the ancient technique of fermentation and freshly milled flours.
