Just last month, members of the Native Animal Network of South Australia (NANSA) stood and watched with joy as 14 young kangaroos bounded off into the sunset to join their wild cousins.
The event marks the end of a long twelve month journey for these kangaroos who were burned, injured and abandoned as a result of last January's Sampson Flat Bushfire.

Lobethal boys Eddie and Lewis Moylan love riding their bikes around town, but nothing will compare to their big ride in the Tour Down Under 2016.

The Gumeracha Library will be hosting a collection of works by local artists and word-smiths as a reprise on the bushfires that burned through the Hills in January last year.
