Futsal, or five-a-side indoor soccer, in the Adelaide Hills is ramping up in readiness for the international championships held in the US in five weeks.
David Nye and his academy state level futsal team will be competing in Florida against teams from Rio de Janeiro, Barcelona and South America.

Mount Barker college, St Francis de Sales, will be raising homelessness awareness and collecting items to donate through their winter appeal and sleep-out in partnership with Catholic charity St Vincent de Paul (Vinnies).
St Francis de Sales college is walking distance from the local Vinnies shop and that is where they formed a relationship with the volunteer run organisation.

Heathfield High School in the Adelaide Hills is about to usher in a period of change.
Building further on their Visible Learning framework, from next month the school will be involved in the Transforming Schools Network.
